Crafting Collaborative Solutions

Conflict can be positive or negative – it’s how you handle it that makes the difference. When handled effectively, conflict becomes an opportunity to improve communications, processes, relationships, and enhance the effectiveness of the organization.

This workshop is designed to help you move from conflict to collaboration. You will learn a structured approach to dealing with conflict and identify personality types that are particularly challenging. As a result you will be able to positively channel the energy of conflict to improve working relationships and increase productivity.

At the end of this workshop, you’ll be able to:

  • Identify the five styles of dealing with conflict.
  • Understand the detrimental and benefits of conflict.
  • Practice a structured approach for dealing with conflict.
